JOB TITLE: Systems Administrator (Windows/Active Directory/Azure)

GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DOJ EOIR

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Falls Church, VA; Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days telework); Note: The initial onboarding period (30-60 days) may require additional onsite presence per DOJ EOIR policy.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance (required prior to start; processing typically takes 4-6 weeks)

ITC Federal is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional with strong experience administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Azure, while providing Tier II operational support in a mission-critical federal environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining, securing, and modernizing enterprise systems that directly support DOJ operations.



Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide Tier II systems and desktop support in an enterprise Windows environment
  • Administer and support Windows Server 2022 and legacy server upgrade paths
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and access controls
  • Support Windows 10/11 operating systems across desktops and laptops
  • Perform system imaging, hardware provisioning, and lifecycle management
  • Support and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments
  • Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 / M365 applications
  • Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and secure remote access solutions
  • Support and troubleshoot Zscaler and endpoint security tools
  • Conduct software installations, testing, and patching
  • Assist with vulnerability management and remediation efforts
  • Document procedures and collaborate with engineering and security teams


Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance
  • 7+ years of relevant IT systems administration experience
  • Strong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022)
  • Hands-on experience administering Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Tier II support experience in an enterprise setting
  • Azure administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments
