Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 100% onsite position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are seeking a End User Device Supervisor to: Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned staff, including coaching, skills development, and knowledge transfer. Promote a collaborative, professional, and continuous-improvement team focused environment. Dive into implementations, upgrades and troubleshoot. Engage with tools and technical support for data analysis and visualization. Be involved with opportunities to extract, analyze and communicate data at all organizational levels. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Required Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred Preferred Work Experience 3 years relevant experience Required 5 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred Experience supervising staff strongly preferred Preferred Experience supporting business, clinical, non-clinical and ancillary systems in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred Licenses & Certifications Professional certifications such as A+, MCS, MCSE, ITIL Preferred Our Commitment to Social Impact and Belonging UW Health is committed to fostering a workplace that creates belonging for everyone and is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
