Shipper I Purpose / Summary The Shipper I is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures products are packed according to company standards, properly documented, and shipped using approved carriers and processes. The Shipper I also supports general warehouse operations, including receiving, cycle counting, and kit building. Education
Experience

0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping -
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn ERP and shipping systems -
Experience or training in hazardous materials shipping (e.g., Lithium-Ion batteries) preferred -
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PDF files -
Experience packaging and shipping raw materials and finished goods using various packaging techniques -
Knowledge of U.S. export shipment regulations preferred -
Familiarity with FedEx, DHL, and UPS shipping software strongly preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ship goods domestically and internationally, including shipment consolidation -
Receive products using barcode scanners -
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to work instructions and specifications -
Perform shipping functions accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment -
Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met -
Provide shipment tracking information to internal teams and customers as requested -
Regularly operate scanners and barcode guns -
Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives -
Support warehouse functions including cycle counts and kit assembly -
Follow on-time shipping requirements and escalate issues that may impact schedules -
Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse teams to support daily operations -
Perform additional logistics or warehouse duties as assigned
