Description and Requirements Sr. Manager, PCSD (Small & Medium Business) Planning & Operations
This role reports to the
North America Sales Operations Director and leads a team of Customer (Distribution) Collaboration Managers and Sales Operations Analysts in support of the
Commercial PCSD Small & Medium Business (SMB) organization.
This is a highvisibility leadership position supporting the North America leadership team. The Sr. Manager will act as a business operator, owning initiatives endtoend-from insight and analysis through execution-while aligning crossfunctional partners and driving adoption of operational improvements that directly impact SMB sales performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business ownership, sales operations, demand planning, and partnerfacing experience, with the ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.
