Principal Business System Analyst

• Fusion Implementations and Support experience

• 
  

  Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including:

  
  
  
  

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Advanced Collections

  • Billing (Fusion Receivables/Subscription Billing)

  • Credit Management

  • Order Management (OM)

  • Customer Data Management (CDM)

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Understand end-to-end O2C business processes including:

  
  
  
  

  • Customer creation & onboarding

  • Order booking, fulfillment, and invoicing

  • Credit checks, payment processing, and collections

  • Revenue flow impact and accounting

  
  
  
  

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

• Conduct user workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional documents (BRDs, MD50s).

• 
  

  Develop and support technical components such as:

  
  
  
  

  • FBDI/ADFDi templates and data loads

  • OTBI and BI Publisher reports

  • REST/SOAP API integrations

  • OIC integrations (mapping, orchestration, scheduling)

  • Fast Formulas and personalization/extensions (if needed)

  
  
  
  

• Work with developers for custom solutions and code reviews.

• Perform end-to-end testing of functional-technical objects (SIT, UAT, regression).

• Build automation scripts for recurring processes where applicable.

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
  and minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience; or
  Master's degree with 12 years; or PhD with 8 years.
