Now Hiring: New Grads and Experienced NICU RNs Shift: Full-time/Nights Our 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You'll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority Position Details: What You'll Gain: Acomprehensive NICU residency programwith hands-on training and mentorship Shift differential payfor night shifts Day-one benefitsincluding medical, dental, and vision coverage RN to BSN Bridge Program- up to$16,000in support RN Loan Forgiveness Program- up to$20,000over 4.5 years Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify What We're Looking For: Education:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred) Experience:Patient Care Tech experience preferred License:Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation Certifications:BLS through the American Heart Association Why Mercy?
