Job Title: Project Manager/BA Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid: Must be able to work 3 days in office) Duration: 6 months Right to Hire About Client and Team This department of the Global Wealth division of the client, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs. This department/team manages $6.6 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Consultant to support project management and business analysis for the investment and trading teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive projects that enhance automation and business growth. This position will also have the opportunity to be assigned work assignments with the client's Strategic Investment Research Group(SIRG). Responsibilities * Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects * Review and document workflows and procedures * Gather, document, and translate business requirements into JIRA * Facilitate project meetings and agile ceremonies * Ensure timely, high-quality completion of deliverables Qualifications * Experience in the investment industry * Background in business analysis and project management * Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile methodology * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint * Excellent written and verbal communication | |
