JOB TITLE:



Quality Intern

REPORTS TO:



Quality Manager



DEPARTMENT:



Quality





JOB SUMMARY:



The Internship Program is intended to build skills of participants by partnering them with experienced professionals and exposing them to projects in their field.





JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Support safety, quality, and 5S initiatives.
  • Work directly with the quality engineers, production supervisors and accounting department to complete daily data entry and filing.
  • Run reports on a weekly and monthly basis including pivot tables.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers on results of data entry and reports.
  • Organize tracking systems for various projects.
  • Specific projects as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties involved in the operation of business programs and activities.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties for Plant Manager, staff, and various other functions for manufacturing.
  • Perform other duties as required.







JOB REQUIREMENTS:



EDUCATION:



Currently pursuing a 4-year college degree in Business management, Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0



EXPERIENCE:



No specific experience required.



REQUIREMENTS:




  • Basic computer skills
  • Communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Developed organizational skills.
  • Detail Oriented
