Job Description Employee Model Manager opportunity will be managing a team that will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the employee model test and learns. Specifically, program and project management, operational support, gathering of closed loop feedback, evaluation of success measures, communicating and recommending strategic shifts to key stakeholders based on learnings to maximize the output from the test. The selected individual will need people management experience as they would be managing 15 or so producers. Your ability to coach and lead to drive results will be well utilized in this opportunity. Key Responsibilities * Executes new strategic sales distribution models, including employee model test and learn concepts * Monitors sales representative results to the plan, communicates impact to staff and consults with leadership, recommending adjustments where appropriate * Provides daily leadership, guidance and coaching to employee sales producers ensuring the team's work is aligned to exceeding sales targets * Develops and integrates strategic and operational parameters for cross functional teams critical to the success of the employee model test and learn concepts * Develops and executes complex strategies to reach pre-determined sales goals and manage key performance indicators related to sales production, quality, and expense management to drive performance to those plans * Manages technology and quality assurance processes to ensure efficient use of resources * Develops, communicates, and reinforces processes for successful test implementation and works with business partners to deliver test outcomes for successful organizational implementation * Coordinates with Education/Training and ensure completion of required training programs, and support ensure completion of all training curriculum * Develops and drives continuous feedback loop to gather information, analyze and course correct when necessary * Communicates results and recommendations to leadership to help drive profitable growth Education * 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience * 7 or more years of experience (Preferred) * People leadership (Preferred) * Project management (Preferred) * Insurance sales and appropriate licensing (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities * This job has supervisory duties.
