Job Summary JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship_45% - Assist with the coordination of sustainability projects, working closely with Facilities Management and Supply Chain on initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling expansion, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing. - Assist with data collection, tracking, and benchmarking for key metrics (e.g., waste diversion rates, utility consumption, green purchasing). - Contribute to the development and implementation of internal education campaigns and materials to promote environmental stewardship among Grady employees. - Gather and organize data for sustainability reporting used for internal leadership, accreditation bodies, and external industry platforms. Social Impact & Community Engagement_35% - Coordinate logistics and execution for community health activations and major events, including volunteer management, vendor relations, materials preparation, and run-of-show development. - Support SIS initiatives focused on upstream investments in areas like avoidable utilization, maternal health, behavioral health, environmental burden, and economic mobility. - Assist with maintaining active relationships and serve as a logistical point-of-contact for community-based organizations, faith institutions, and school districts. Track partner engagement, manage event follow-up, and assist with post-event impact reporting. Program Coordination & Operations_20% - Provide comprehensive program support to the Supply Chain Program Manager, including scheduling, project timeline tracking, drafting communication, and following up on deliverables. - Prepare professional presentations, briefings, and reports for internal leadership, board members, and external stakeholders. - Maintain highly organized administrative systems for tracking program budgets, spending, grants, in-kind donations, and vendor agreements. - Assist in establishing and maintaining measurement frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and community impact summaries for SIS initiatives. Additional duties as assigned EXPERIENCE Required: - One (1) or more year job related experience - Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent high-priority projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations. - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management); some familiarity with project management software or CRM tools is highly desirable. - Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required for critical community engagement events. - Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and present quantitative data to measure program outcomes and community impact. - - - Knowledge of standard sustainability frameworks or reporting standards relevant to healthcare. - Experience in developing and delivering training or educational materials to diverse adult audiences. Preferred: Two (2) or more years job related experience EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, Business, Environmental Science/Sustainability, or a closely related analytical or social science field.
