Description and Requirements COMPANY OVERVIEW POSITION OVERVIEW You will not only be responsible for shaping the strategic direction for Motorola, but also will take leadership in driving and facilitating the execution and working with key leaders across the organization - from spearheading key strategic programs, driving new partnership opportunities and driving decisions with the Motorola Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and will be comfortable presenting analyses to executives and obtaining alignment with the senior-most leaders at Motorola & across Lenovo group. The candidate will also have a keen business acumen, experience with business development / new ventures / M&A and be comfortable leading initiatives involving multiple functions, and a genuine interest to provide meaningful analyses, using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. We are looking for a proactive professional who is driven and motivated to work in a very dynamic team environment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130k - 180K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
