Salary: $55,000 + Commission

Job Description:



  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
  • Promote and sell neurosurgical products to hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans, including account targeting and call strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and provide procedural support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Travel regularly throughout the territory to support accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.


Requirements



  • 2 years of sales experience (medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory
  • Willingness and ability to **travel regularly** within the assigned region
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record


Preferred Experience



  • Experience selling into hospitals or surgical environments
  • Familiarity with clinical or technical product sales
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
