As an Allied Universal Security Officer specializing in access control at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location, following site-specific protocols for the food and beverage industry.
• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as required according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any suspicious activity or conditions.
• Document and report security-related incidents, irregularities, or hazards in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities as appropriate, following established protocols for the location.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support ongoing operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
