TransUnion is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Principal of Product Management, Integrations to lead the strategic roadmap for partner integrations across our marketing activation, audience, and measurement ecosystems. This role will define and execute integration strategies that strengthen partnerships, accelerate enterprise growth, and deliver seamless connectivity for clients and internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the product vision for integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and customer needs.

  • Product Ownership:Drive the overall roadmap for partner integrations, focusing on strategic priorities, cross-functional alignment, and delivering solutions that strengthen partnerships and accelerate business growth.

  • Cross-Functional Influence:Collaborate with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver integration capabilities that accelerate adoption and unlock incremental value.

  • Innovation:Identify emerging technologies and integration patterns to future-proof our platform and enhance interoperability across martech/adtech ecosystems.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive solutions that improve partner onboarding and client experience.

We'd love to see:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on integrations, APIs, or platform connectivity.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling integration products in SaaS, martech/adtech, or data-driven environments.

  • Deep understanding of web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth), data exchange standards, and cloud architectures.

  • Experience with big data platforms, real-time data processing, and enterprise security protocols.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence at all levels and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

    Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
