POSITION: ACCESS MANAGEMENT LEAD

We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.The Access Management Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing access to applications, file stores, and data stores across the bank. This role ensures secure, standardized, and audit-ready access-provisioning and de-provisioning processes, supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

Key Result Areas:


  • Lead the Access Management function, ensuring operational excellence, alignment to the charter, and strong partnerships across departments.
  • Oversee end-to-end access provisioning and de-provisioning processes, including timely removals for transfers/terminations and administration of access across designated applications.
  • Maintain expertise in authentication methods and ensure seamless integration with access workflows and application roles across the bank.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve access request forms, workflows, and role-based access matrices, leveraging automation where appropriate.
  • Identify, build, test, and deploy automation opportunities to streamline provisioning processes, improve time-to-access, and enhance accuracy.
  • Develop and manage audit-ready processes for tracking access changes, and respond to internal/external audits with complete documentation.
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to strengthen access reviews, manage escalations, and ensure secure, compliant access practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services, preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure EntraID , MFA, SSO, Duo)
    • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities, competing priorities, and lead in a regulated, fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent written skills in documentation, process flow and instructions
  • Consistent ability to proactively identify and resolve access-related risks and inefficiencies

Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $110,000 - $135,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
