Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in New Albany, OH. Interested?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for construction site activities. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, managing project-related information flow, and supporting the on-site team and project management.

Here's what you'd do:

  • Complete daily administrative tasks essential for smooth construction project operations.
  • Assist in financial administration (budget preparation, monthly analysis).
  • Schedule site meetings, draft and distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reconcile expense reports.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls with site teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain organized paper and electronic project files.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, charts related to construction progress and safety.
  • Support integration of new office technologies for site management.
  • Handle routine inquiries and manage inbound/outbound calls per guidelines.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 /hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp (11 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Up to 1 year professional experience plus 2-year vocational training.
  • Mandatory prior experience in an on-site construction environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Administrative principles and structured work routines.
  • Familiarity with office and project support systems in construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, and specialized software.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
