Qualifications EDUCATION Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or PharmD degree EXPERIENCE The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy and CT pharmacist licensure eligible. Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience is required. Completion of an oncology PGY2 residency or equivalent experience is required. LICENSURE Current Connecticut Pharmacist License, or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Connecticut SPECIAL SKILLS This individual should demonstrate in depth knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, and understand pharmacy systems of drug distribution and formulary management.
