DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this leadership role, you will serve as a senior manager responsible for directing and managing Delivery Center Cybersecurity programs. Effective communication is essential as you will be collaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Delivery Center Chief Information Officer (CIO), staff, and vendors to ensure the Delivery Center's cyber security program continues to provide a secure environment for agencies. Work involves managing online security audits and risk assessments; utilizing reports to make strategic decisions regarding risk, goals, objectives, and initiatives; as well as managing risk, threat, and vulnerability management programs. You will promote awareness of security issues among management, employees, and other entities agency-wide to ensure sound security principles are reflected in the organization's vision and goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing policies and practices, managing internal assessments and evaluations, and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Twelve years of professional information technology experience; or
- Eight years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
