Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Tualatin, OR. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The Production Control Floor Support team is manufacturing's first line for addressing/resolving Planning escalations on the manufacturing floor regarding concerns related to production orders, material flow, and manufacturing/management escalations.
• Monitor inventory levels while regularly providing status updates to internal customers and facilitating the timely delivery of needed material to minimize delays and meet production goals.
• Manage the tracking, escalation, and mitigation of shortages.
• Request STO's/track to manufacturing systems to minimize production delays.
• Creating de-kit production orders to support potentially idle systems.
• Analyze demand priorities and re-prioritize to aid priority builds.
• Investigate production order variances as a final quality check to minimize scrapped material.
• Utilize the SAP system to cost parts, transact/transfer parts, and investigate issues with material flow and missing material.
• Coordinate with Project Services to obtain engineering material.
• Use knowledge to assist and train new employees.
• Complete monthly safety trainings and follow safe work practices.
• Represent PC-Floor Support in daily production meetings.
• Support and guide manufacturing questions regarding SAP, material flow, and proper process/documentation.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.67 - $24.85 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (24 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
