What you'll do:

The Repair Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving and shipping of customer repairs. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.

This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

As a Repairs Receiving and Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Distribution devices for repair department

• Accurately labeling of customer repairs.

• Review open orders and pick, pack and ship repairs and accessories to customer

• Confirm accuracy of repair shipments packed

• Based upon packing slip, prepare package for shipment according to carrier instructions for UPS, or D-365

• Ensure that packages are shipped on a timely basis and consult with Manager and internal customers regarding any shipping issues or need for clarifications

• Assist in the other duties in the Logistics Department such as device testing, customer shipments,

• Assist in the Repairs Department, repairing and testing

• Perform various other tasks as assigned

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to 5s and lean standards.

What you'll bring:

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years related experience

• Familiarity and experience in utilizing databases

• Previous technical or computer experience

• Familiarity with transportation software

• MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to relate information in a timely, clear and concise manner to relevant personnel

• Prioritize tasks

• Detailed Oriented

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to work cooperatively with other departments

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. (Occasionally heavier with assistance).

• Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.

• Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending and stooping to access inventory and storage areas.

• Reaching and Handling: Regular reaching overhead and handling of materials and equipment

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Keep up in a fast-paced work setting

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Cleaning products, tools, and equipment are part of daily operations.
