Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer (CSA & CAD Certs required)

Location(s): Dallas, TX
(Hybrid: Onsite 3 days/week)

Onsite Locations (Candidate must be able to work from one of the following):

• Dallas, TX
• Des Moines, IA
• Chandler / Phoenix, AZ
• NY/NJ Metro.
• Charlotte, NC.
• Minneapolis, MN.
• Wilmington, DE.
• DMV Area
• St. Louis, MO

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience with custom scripting within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with Service Portal, UI, and Workspaces
• ITIL knowledge required
• CSA & CAD certifications are mandatory
