Lead Specialist for Commercial Lending

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Specialist. This is a hybrid 4-month contract position with a client located in Amherst, NY. This position can be located in Amherst, NY or Brooklyn, OH.

Compensation: $25.00/HR W2 based on experience.

Job Description:
Responsible for creating and reviewing commercial loan documentation, ensuring data accuracy, mitigating risk, and adhering to compliance and legal regulations. This role also involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of business requirements of clients and loan related transactions and other related applicable products in a high-volume environment.
• Basic to Intermediate understanding of role specific systems utilized which requires strong data integrity and attention to detail.
• Independently manage assigned work with limited oversight from manager; aid others as time permits.
• Prepares internal Laser Pro Lending (LPL) documents and facilitates Quality Verification once proficient on all document package types.
• Prepare and review Commercial Loan Documentation for several different lines of business
• Ensure accuracy of data throughout documentation
• Multitasks in an environment with competing priorities
• Mitigate risk by ensuring all regulatory and compliance is adhered to while preparing documentation packages

Requirements:

• Commercial Lending Experience and Knowledge
• Laser Pro Experience
• Quick learner who has great time management skills
