Durable Medical Equipment Pricing SME, Lead

The Opportunity:

Apply payer healthcare disciplines and expertise to address payer strategic and operational priorities. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

You Have:

• Experience managing large contracts or programs with annual budgets of $10M+

• Experience fulfilling or advising document requirements for Medicare and private insurers covering DME

• Experience with medical equipment supplier in sales, medical billing and claims, including HCPCS coding, revenue cycle management, accounting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

• Knowledge of Medicare Part B

• Knowledge of how Medicaid covers DME and how requirements vary by state

• Knowledge of DME categories, including mobility, respiratory, bathroom safety, diabetes, catheters, prosthetics, and orthotics, and how the patient works with coinsurance, such as Medigap, to cover the costs of DME

• Ability to apply analytical skills for pricing strategies and contract negotiations

• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management,Public Health,or Supply Chain Management and 10+ years of experience in one of these fields, or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management,Public Health,or Supply Chain Management and 5+ years of experience in on of these fields

• Experience managing teams of 35-45 people across multiple workstreams

• Experience managing multiple partners and stakeholders

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills for facilitating processes between multiple clients or entities
