We're seeking a Project Manager in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Innovation Engagement team at our consulting firm. Your strong project management skills and creative mindset will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of key Innovation initiatives, including the coordination of leaders, designers, and storytellers to bring these projects to life.

YOU WILL:




  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Innovation-focused projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative approaches to project management, with a focus on creative problem-solving



  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive the Innovation agenda forward



  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep projects on track



  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes



  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Innovation Engagement team and leadership



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • Proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a creative or innovation-driven environment



  • Management Consulting experience



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders



  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to project management



  • Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement



  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively



  • Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our consulting firm
