CONMED is seeking an Orthopedic District Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, training, retaining, and managing sales talent to achieve sales revenue in your assigned district. In addition, you will help strategize, plan and coordinate selling activities of the sales representatives under your supervision. As an Orthopedic Sales Manager, you will report to the Regional Director who will assist in helping you develop plans that focus on maximizing sales opportunities in the district and push you to exceed each goal. As a team player, you will ensure that your team provide outstanding customer service and executes demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $123,800 - $192,000 with bonus opportunity. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
