Be the Best EVV Agency You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
• Analytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations.
• Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.

Responsibilities:

As a EVV Agent, you will:

• Answer and resolve inbound customer calls
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills are necessary for success in this role
