Opportunity
Okta is seeking an execution-oriented Sr. Global Partner Marketing Specialist to join our Global Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our global partner initiatives, ensuring our programs are scalable, measurable, and effectively deployed across the ecosystem. You will focus on the "how" of partner marketing-building the infrastructure, managing the workflows, and providing the tools that allow our global and regional teams to drive partner-influenced pipeline. This is a perfect role for a marketing professional who excels at project management, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Program Infrastructure: Coordinate the rollout of global "campaigns-in-a-box," ensuring that messaging, assets, and execution guidelines are standardized and accessible to all regional marketing teams.
Marketing Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of Global Partner Marketing programs, including lead flow management, partner portal updates, and campaign tracking.
Budget & MDF Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Marketing Development Funds (MDF). Oversee the allocation, approval workflows, and claim processes to ensure budget integrity and ROI tracking.
Regional Enablement: Support regional field teams by providing localized assets and clear program documentation, ensuring global strategies are executed consistently across all geographies.
Reporting & Impact: Maintain and analyze performance dashboards. Regularly report on key metrics such as partner-influenced pipeline, ACV growth, and program participation rates to optimize future investments.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between Partner Sales, Marketing Ops, and Creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of co-branded content, case studies, and digital assets.
Event Operational Support: Support the execution of partner presence at flagship events (e.g., Oktane, SKO, and major third-party conferences) by managing logistics, sponsorship fulfillment, and lead capture processes.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in marketing programs, operations, or partner marketing within the SaaS or high-tech industry.
Process-Driven: Strong ability to build and document repeatable workflows that improve team efficiency.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM data to track budgets and campaign performance.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadline adherence.
Collaborative Style: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions.
