Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Pricing Analytics to drive the development of automated pricing frameworks and data-informed insights for our commercial pest control business. This role is key to supporting our analytical capabilities to optimize pricing, improve price realization, and ensure alignment with key business partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong advanced data mining skills (SQL), business acumen, and a bias for action.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the comprehensive analytical strategy for B2B pest control services.

  • Manage the analytical design and execution for projects related to new products, packaging, promotions, and expansion initiatives.

  • Identify pricing opportunities and risks by querying complex datasets and building reproducible analytical workflows. Utilize SQL to extract granular transactional data for competitive analysis and customer segmentation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing analytics are integrated with brand positioning, operational execution, and financial goals.

  • Help drive improvements in price realization by developing and using analytical tools for discount controls, margin leakage analysis, and sales enablement.

  • Support pricing governance from an analytical perspective, including the execution of testing protocols and the development of performance measurement frameworks.

  • Leverage Python, R, or Alteryx to automate manual reporting processes, enabling faster test-and-learn cycles and scalable segmentation.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, or Business Intelligence. Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL queries to source data independently is required.

    • Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in pest control, home services, or a similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.

    • Demonstrated self-starter with success in delivering complex analytical projects with minimal oversight within a matrixed organization.

      Skills & Competencies

      • Strong technical analytics skills with a focus on data manipulation and automation.

      • Required: Advanced SQL skills (e.g., recursive joins, window functions, CTEs) to mine data from BigQuery/Cloud environments.

      • Preferred: Intermediate proficiency in Python, R, or Alteryx for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and workflow automation.

      • Required: Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to operationalize insights.

      • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

      No sponsorship or OPT available

      Base Pay Range $102,000 - $132,000 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
