The Talent Selection Specialist is a key member of the human resources team, responsible for assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process. Reporting to the Talent Selection-Manager, the Talent Selection Specialist will assist with front-end sourcing, pulling and understanding recruitment reports, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
