The OpenText Cloud Platform (OCP) is a next-generation Information Management as a Service platform powering the OpenText Core family of multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and Information Management Services. It provides secure, highly scalable multi-tenant architecture, enabling customers and partners to digitize operations and integrate information management capabilities into their business applications. This position is based in the OpenText office in Richmond Hill, Canada. Your Impact: The OCP Platform team is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager to lead the development and delivery of our cloud-native Information Management Services. SaaS Applications, working in partnership with Product Management, Architecture and the Cloud Operations teams. This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, multi-tenancy, and the complexities of delivering enterprise-grade services at scale. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our platform's APIs and SaaS applications. The role will also be at the forefront of our AI-led engineering strategy to evolve our Platform's core capabilities and Service offerings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Platform Engineering teams to ensure technical quality and efficient use of resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within agreed-upon quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams within OpenText and partner with key stakeholders. Salary Range: $144,200- $236,900; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
