As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll play a key role in designing new features and experiences across Growth's internal tools. From system design and early concept explorations to high-fidelity execution, you'll work closely within Growth and with cross-functional partners to turn complex workflow and automation concepts into clear, meaningful interactions. You'll create design systems, along with sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final design specs that bring clarity to the product experience, advocating for users at every stage. You'll also participate in design reviews, user studies, collaborate with engineers to ensure fidelity through implementation, and contribute to the continual evolution of our design standards and systems.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Design thoughtful, intuitive user experiences across Growth Marketing internal tools.
  • Translate complex requirements, workflows and data into clear and engaging interfaces.
  • Create design artifacts-from early concepts and flows to productionready assets.
  • Create a design system that can be applied across multiple Growth Marketing platorms.
  • Participate in regular design reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and strengthen the work.
  • Contribute to and extend existing design patterns while exploring new solutions for emerging needs.
  • Help maintain alignment with design principles of simplicity, clarity, and care for detail.

Tools: Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Confluence / Jira, Keynote and Miro
