Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol Driver in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, where you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors alike.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the tech and media environment.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors, providing assistance as needed.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the location, adapting to the dynamic environment typical of tech, media, and telecom settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
