**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and customize cutting-edge applications using leading low-code development platforms, translating complex business requirements into intuitive digital tools.

* Architect, build, and maintain sophisticated automated workflows for process optimization, approvals, notifications, and seamless data integration across the enterprise.

* Integrate diverse data sources and services to create cohesive and efficient solutions.

* Ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions through rigorous quality assurance, comprehensive testing, debugging, and timely implementation of fixes.

* Proactively research and resolve complex software-related challenges, continuously identifying and recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

* Collaborate effectively with solution architects and business stakeholders to ensure all delivered solutions precisely meet acceptance criteria and strategic objectives.

* Produce clear, concise technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides to support and maintain developed solutions.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in application development or systems analysis.

* Demonstrated expertise in developing applications and automating workflows using leading low-code platforms.

* A strong grasp of data modeling principles, system connectors, and security protocols within these platforms.

* A genuine passion for optimizing business processes and elevating the user experience through innovative technology.

**What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications):**

* Master's Degree in a relevant field.

* Experience with modern development lifecycle methodologies and environment management best practices.

* Familiarity with business intelligence tools and the creation of custom connectors.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.18 to $53.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
