What to Expect Tesla's Gulf Coast Lithium Refinery team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as Training Specialist for a groundbreaking battery chemical plant under construction near Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves collaborating with EHS, Process Design, Operations, and Maintenance teams to design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum that aligns with operational objectives. The position plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence and fostering a high performance culture through effective training delivery.
