Could you be the full-time onsite Project Supply Chain Leader in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities for our projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution of supply chain strategies from the tender phase to project completion. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (tender teams, suppliers, and industrial operations), drive key activities to ensure supplier deliveries and logistics flows align with objectives, and manage material availability to anticipate and resolve potential shortages- and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Developing and designing supply chain processes based on tender team requirements. ,



  • Committing to supply chain direct costs, including direct hours and packaging costs. ,



  • Establishing and synchronizing supply chain processes with industrial requirements. ,



  • Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries, logistics flows, stock policy, and system management meet logistics QCD objectives defined during the tender phase. ,



  • Managing specific conditions for vendors and identifying suppliers at risk before business awards. ,



  • Ensuring business awards include logistics specifications with a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach. ,



  • Passing the gate review related to supply chain (DFQ). ,



  • Coordinating supply chain activities related to planning changes, supplier changes, or technical modifications with significant impact on supplier capacity or logistics flows. ,



  • Supporting the supply chain organization in case of critical delivery issues at suppliers. ,



  • Coordinating all supply chain activities to secure the end of production while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories."

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field. ,



  • Experience or understanding of supply chain management processes, including planning, supplier coordination, and logistics flow optimization. ,



  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including material management (master data, purchase orders management) and ERP architecture (e.g., BOM, NCR). ,



  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. ,



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ,



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ,



  • Ability to summarize and focus on critical issues effectively. ,



  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives. ,



  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic project environments.
