Job Title: HCP Marking Manager Duration: 06 - 12 Months Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 \| Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid) Skills: Ability to pull through HCP strategy into execution Skilled in working in a cross functional environment Strong communicator Strong analytical capabilities Working regulatory knowledge Responsibilities Work on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks. Utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position. Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data. Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans. Execute go-to-market plans. Drive for results through the oversight of sales force execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements / Skillset: Pharmaceutical marketing experience is required (strongly emphasized due to temporary coverage and minimal ramp-up time). Strong ability to translate HCP strategy into execution. Experience working in a cross-functional environment and handling ambiguity. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make recommendations based on data/market dynamics. Working knowledge of regulatory/legal/medical review processes (MRP) is highly important. Experience with HCP marketing is preferred over consumer marketing due to differences in stakeholders and promotional approach. Software/Platform preference: Veeva PromoMats (ideal) Veeva / Salesforce experience is helpful, especially within HCP marketing workflows. Backgrounds that can work well: Candidates with a mix of Sales + HCP marketing experience are considered a strong fit. Candidates from advertising/marketing agencies (Account Manager / Account Supervisor) are also acceptable, especially if they supported a relevant brand/category.
