Your Job Flint Hills Resources operates approximately 4,000 miles of pipelines across seven U.S. states, creating value for our customers and society through safe, environmentally responsible operations. This position supports those efforts at the local level and is based in Beaumont, TX. The Right of Way Agent plays a key role in supporting safe pipeline operations while helping protect the communities we serve. In this field-based role, you'll work closely with landowners, tenants, and internal partners to support active projects, manage multiple priorities, ensure One Call compliance, secure rights-of-way and permits, and partner with operations and project teams to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, negotiation expertise, effective communication, and sound judgment. You'll be expected to navigate complex situations, build productive relationships, and support pipeline safety and damage prevention efforts through thoughtful decision-making.
