Truss Builder-Night Shift Supervisor

Oversees daily Truss building area operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Provides direction to team members, monitors workflow, enforces safety standards, and addresses operational issues to maintain consistent production flow.
Monday- Friday, 2nd shift- 4:30pm-2:30am

Weekly pay and monthly bonus!

Responsible for plant efficiency and dollars per hour numbers

Understand how to perform every position in the floor truss production area efficiently and correctly

Maintain a safe work environment

Set up jigs according to shop drawings.

Complete Quality Audits.

Train department area associates

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
