As a Security Officer - TWIC Entry Driver in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will greet visitors, verify credentials, manage entry and exit points, and document activity while staying highly visible and customer focused. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a chemical and/or petrochemical location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials as directed, and managing contractor and delivery check-in and check-out.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles, bags, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with site procedures, documenting findings and escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required logs, access control records, and incident reports, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA Issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
