Description and Requirements

The North American Sales Learning & Development team is seeking a motivated Instructional Design Intern to support the development of innovative learning experiences for our sales organization. This internship offers the opportunity to work hands-on with AI-powered learning platforms, design virtual training experiences, and work collaboratively across teams.

The ideal candidate is excited about emerging learning technologies, understands the foundations of instructional design, and enjoys building engaging and interactive content.


Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement virtual training experiences that build seller capabilities and confidence.
  • Build AI-driven roleplay scenarios, including conversation flows, prompts, success criteria, and feedback logic.
  • Conduct basic needs analysis to understand learner requirements, performance gaps, and business goals.
  • Assist in content development, including scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and learner-facing materials.

Qualifications

  • College senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, Education, or related fields.
  • Foundational understanding of adult learning and design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy)
  • Interest or experience in AI-based tools or conversational design
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a learner-first mindset
