As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will complete routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to access, alarm, and customer service needs with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or abnormal conditions for reporting.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, assist with visitor processing, and help maintain orderly traffic flow for employees, contractors, deliveries, and outbound shipments.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
