As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and tenants, managing access procedures, monitoring cameras and alarms, and documenting security-related activity with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk and manage access control by greeting and directing visitors, confirming identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in logs per site requirements.
• Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and building communications; identify unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting first responders as directed by post orders.
• Complete required reports and daily activity logs, document security-related events and tenant requests, and communicate pertinent information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
