Summary:
The Manager - Applications Support role is responsible for all practice management systems maintenance, support and training. Works within a team environment that includes frequent coordination of activities with Administrative Office, Practice staff, practice administrators/managers, application clients, MaineHealth Epic Team and application vendor representatives to ensure implementation and maintenance of all practice management system applications.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: College graduate or relevant experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of medical billing/access or related experience required. Five years of experience with practice management application software implementation, maintenance and support required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Effective presentation skills in classroom setting. Proficient computer skills.
