Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for planning, execution, budget and schedule control, stakeholder coordination, and successful project close-out. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in project controls, cost forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management oversight, including project initiation, planning, design, execution, construction, and close-out
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for cost, schedule, methods, and outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Actively participate in project execution, identifying issues, analyzing impacts, and implementing solutions
- Utilize project controls to manage budgets and schedules, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Maintain and update project plans and schedules; identify trends and assess performance against budget targets
- Resolve project issues, set priorities, and manage conflicts across cross-functional teams and functional managers
- Ensure compliance with internal project management processes and continuously improve project delivery practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of professional experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of core project management concepts and methodologies
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
Required Skills & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
