The Prequalification AA is responsible for ensuring that all prequalification and insurance information is received from new and existing Subcontractors through the approval process including some administrative support to the Executive Assistant of Preconstruction.

Reports to: Executive Assistant & Compliance Manager - Preconstruction

Must be a US Citizen

  • Required Education
    • HS Diploma or G.E.D

  • Required Experience
    • A minimum of one year of administrative experience in a mid-size organization. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Preferred Experience
    • Administrative experience in the construction industry is preferred.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
    • The AA must be professional, motivated, assertive, organized and willing to learn new tasks
    • Must be able to manage and complete large tasks over an extended period of time
