The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks. Job Skills / Requirements The HubSpot Operations Lead is responsible for the technical architecture, optimization, and maintenance of our HubSpot accounts. This role acts as the bridge between marketing/sales strategy and technical execution, ensuring that HubSpot is set up to maximize marketing and sales functionality. This role will help drive lead generation and customer engagement daily. The ideal candidate possesses a "systems-thinking" mindset, but has experience in the sales and marketing realm. Key Skills
Functions and Responsibilities 1. HubSpot Architecture & Automation: Lead the front-end technical configuration of HubSpot. Think custom workflow automation, object mapping, lead scoring models, and multi-touch attribution. 2. External Tools Management: Set up and maintain the integration between HubSpot and Google Analytics, social media listening tools, and Call Tracking Metrics. Coordinate with our IT department on integrations that require a development background. 3. Data Hygiene & Governance: Maintain database integrity within the CRM. Develop and execute data-cleansing protocols, manage list segmentation, manage duplicates, and ensure regulatory compliance. 4. Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain technical dashboards that track marketing ROI, conversion rates, and sales pipeline, leveraging these insights to inform strategy and facilitate data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing. 5. Technical Support & Training: Act as the lead for marketing and sales tools, troubleshooting errors and developing training documentation to onboard new users. Most notably sales users when moving over to the HubSpot CRM from Dynamics. 6. Product Roadmap: Stay current on HubSpot's product releases and recommend new features or shortcuts to improve marketing and/or sales efficiency. 7. Security & Access: Manage user permissions, security roles, and credentialing for all managed software platforms. 8. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and business units to help make informed decisions best for marketing and sales. Whether that be our lead-generation agency or our HubSpot onboarding agency. 9. Content Recommendation: Act as the expert for sharing content via HubSpot. Being prepared to help guide and redirect ideas when needed to maximize the platform's efficiencies. Small Team Mindset: Be prepared to assist with initiatives that take place outside of HubSpot. Work with Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Content & Branding Specialist to ensure full delivery of marketing strategy across platforms and stakeholders. Education and Experience
