Here's what you'd do:

  • We are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support HR projects.
  • This role focuses on HRIS maintenance and data cleanup, onboarding and orientation, and recruitment coordination.
  • We are building HR infrastructure in a post-acquisition environment, so the ideal candidate should be adaptable and comfortable supporting the buildout of HR processes and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate is project-oriented with strong technical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a high-volume environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives across the Supply Chain business area.
  • Support the development and documentation of HR processes, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Provide HRIS maintenance and data clean up support to ensure backend workflows are properly configured.
  • Maintain internal trackers or systems to ensure hiring and onboarding tasks stay on schedule.
  • Revising job descriptions with managers to ensure FLSA compliance and clarity; coordinating review and approval with the HRBP to ensure the role aligns with organizational needs and job architecture.
  • Work with hiring managers on requisition approvals and coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure positions move through the process efficiently.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring partnership with managers for seamless integration by creating immersion plans and completing other new hire tasks.
  • Collaborate with shared services (HR operations, IT, facilities) to ensure all onboarding logistics are completed.
  • Facilitate or support new hire orientation sessions and ensure a welcoming day-one experience.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and resources, including agendas, presentations, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned to the HRBP team.

Pay: $26-$33 /Hr

Hours:40 hours/week

Length: Contract (3-6 months)

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR in a supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1years of experience in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now.
  • Minimum 1years of experience in employee life cycle processes and HR analytics tools to track and report on key HR metrics.

Preferred skills:

  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically in Excel, including formulas and data management.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.
  • Resourceful and proactive in seeking out information, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging available resources such as vendor support, knowledge bases, and internal contacts.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus, especially in diverse workforce environments.
  • Basic project management skills to lead or support HR initiatives, such as surveys or training rollouts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
  • High level of attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience working for a federal contractor with knowledge of OFCCP, AAP, and VEVRAA compliance.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, such as logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
