Your Role on Our Team:

The Recruiter will play a critical role in delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring results that support our Cookeville, Tennessee Manufacturing facility. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles - partnering closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent aligned to our workforce needs and company values.

You'll build strong relationships with business partners, develop creative sourcing strategies, and drive a seamless candidate experience from application through offer acceptance. Leveraging data, technology, and market insights, you'll refine recruitment approaches, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance across all stages of the hiring process - bringing consistency, speed, and quality to every hire.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the distribution center.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.
  • Lead offer creation and negotiation processes, ensuring internal equity and a positive candidate experience.
  • Recommend sourcing strategies and engagement methods to strengthen candidate quality and talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct scoping meetings with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, set expectations, and align on process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to deliver against hiring needs.
  • Participate in consensus discussions to align on candidate selection and ensure a smooth process for all parties.
  • Be a visible onsite Talent partner to our business leaders.

Compliance, Insights, & Optimization

  • Track and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, reduce time-to-fill, and improve recruiter efficiency.
  • Maintain recruiting processes, documentation, and systems in compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements based on insights and feedback.

Functional / Technical Expertise

  • Utilize ATS (Workday) and sourcing platforms to manage pipelines, track activity, and engage candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and process documentation.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely updates, clear expectations, and proactive communication.

What TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a distribution, manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Experience in both agency recruitment and direct onsite recruitment for a distribution or manufacturing company.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities, volumes, and role types.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
  • Bilingual skills to support a diverse candidate population.
  • Experience using recruiting data to drive process improvements and strategy shifts.
