Purpose of Role
The Sr Events Specialist role ensures YCA Audio events are executed flawlessly, on time, and on budget, translating strategic objectives into high-quality, well-managed experiences that strengthen relationships and reinforce organizational credibility through disciplined planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure events contribute to business goals
* Ensure event components are within the approved budgets
* Ensure event stakeholder satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities Include
* Leads the execution of tradeshow and customer-facing events
* Maintains annual events calendar
* Creates event performance reporting
* Interfaces with vendors and completes schematic and scope of work review
* Guide event materials and assets creation
* Coordinate event-related travel
* Report on event metrics

Compensation
* The hiring range for this position is $59,000.00 - $81,000.00 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
