The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $135,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

The Senior Scrum Master serves as a key facilitator of product delivery, ensuring strong adherence to hybrid delivery principles while fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. This role extends beyond traditional scrum facilitation-providing governance support, clear and consistent status reporting, and handson mentoring to teams. The Senior Scrum Master also plays an important role in guiding organizational adoption of product delivery excellence across multiple projects or teams, helping align people, process, and priorities.

This position will primarily support the Unified Commerce roadmap, including Ecommerce and Point of Sale initiatives, with the opportunity to take on additional systems or applications based on workload and business priorities. Core responsibilities include leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching/guiding team members and stakeholders, removing impediments, supporting backlog management, and driving continuous improvement. The role also ensures transparency through meaningful metrics, champions product delivery values across the organization, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks that could impact timelines or quality.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent preferred, or advanced certifications such as CSP or SAFe SPC.
  • 7+ years as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior-level, multi-team, or scaled environment supporting complex programs.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks and flexibility to adapt to a hybrid delivery model.
  • Strong planning and prioritization abilities within iterative cycles.
  • Executive presence with strong facilitation and conflictresolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage scope, time, and resources in a flexible, adaptive way.
  • Experience in projectbased financial management.
  • Proficiency with task management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to work in a professional office environment with standard office equipment.
  • Ability to participate in onsite collaboration one day per week at the Red Wing, MN headquarters office.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and engaging in virtual or inperson meetings.
  • Occasional light travel may be required based on business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Hyflex - Approximately one day onsite per week in the Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.
